More Uniformed Thuggery -- this time in North Carolina. "Operation Something Bruin."

To date, hunters who have had jury trials have not been convicted. In one case in Graham County, agents could not produce video “evidence”. Enticements were made by prosecutors including an offer to drop some charges if the hunter involved would plead guilty. The hunter refused and requested a jury trial. In this case, all charges were dropped due to lack of evidence.

Declaration and Resolve 1774
The colonists listed a long line of abuses of power ultimate used as the foundation for the Declaration of Independence. One such entry was indemnifying the prosecutor for damages. That's right sue the prosecutor for malicious prosecution, he is an attorney, ignorance of the law is no excuse and cruel and unusual because the threat of incarceration for not agreeing with him.

Take this to a jury and in your presentation show that this was a valid complaint by the colonists and the reason they structured the Republic in the manner they did. You must educate them as you present your case. Let them find the asshole guilty, spread the word do your duty and throw off tyranny. If you give up you simply hand it to the thugs.

Giving up is what they want and why pleas were contrived as accepted practice. Judges worth their salt would start rejecting pleas and forcing trials (uphold their oath!!!).

Faced with actual trials, the vast majority of charges would be dropped and the CUSIP game would fall apart quickly.

The BAR is the ultimate assault upon this country and her people. It is indeed the very title of nobility that was expressly FORBIDDEN! The BAR controls who is allowed to "practice" law - who is granted title of nobility- in order to weed out troublesome freemen who would expose the chicanery.

A major step forward would be to force federal incorporation of jury trials in ALL court prosecutions.

Folks THINK they have the right to trial by jury but "legally" they DONT depending on location. Can you say bench trial? My god Americans are idiots allowing things to become so far removed from the plain text of the Constitution........
