NYT: Election Spurred a Move to Codify U.S. Drone Policy

"The matter may have lost some urgency after Nov. 6. But with more than 300 drone strikes and some 2,500 people killed by the Central Intelligence Agency and the military since Mr. Obama first took office, the administration is still pushing to make the rules formal and resolve internal uncertainty and disagreement about exactly when lethal action is justified."

Because the domestic drone functions as an unread hale sniper, it's usage will expand here, likely via a few " test" cases, with the appropriate news spin as to the benefits of such action here on our soil. Don't count on a restrictive use policy.....

Ya, like the NDAA act. Lets see, the .nil gets to commit Posse Comitatus, Habeas Corpus,(the worlds first and longest living act of natural right that puts the burden of proof upon the state, read no police state tyranny and gulags), ends up on the trash heap of history, and with this drone policy, (anyone want to say executive tyrants edict?), the leviathan gets to combine all three violations of the 4th Amendment in one tidy package that provides carte blanc to any treasonous aparatchik, broad unchecked interpretation of an extra constitutional law where anything goes in the name of retaining power at all costs, no matter what it takes, with full faith and backing by the very entity that violates every concept, idea and ideal of natural primal rights to Liberty, property and personal freedom to be safe from tyranny.

And no one, but God, can convince me this is not one of the big nails that ties everything together, in the coffin of undeclared Marshal Law under way.

Remember, this is all about guns. Everything these son of a bitches do involves arms, ultimately it is arms they need to enslave the people, it is arms they understand they must control, it is arms they know without reservation that must not control their agenda towards totalitarianism. And it is arms in the hands of we the people that they fear more than anything.
